Gun culture?

Just been watching Crime Watch, and it was showing young lads with Machine guns plus very large hand guns. Where do these come from, and how do they get them in to this Country. Dont they check at Airports or Ports for this type of killer coming in . It seems to me that these people are getting very slack at doing their job, when all these gets by them.

They are coming from Meixco.  If and illegal person can come over here.  I don't see why weapons can't come across.

Though the coastline of your little island is a lot smaller than ours, it's still quite enough for a boat to land undetected and offload plenty of guns. After all, the numbers may be alarming to you but are still quite small. The number of AK47's alone in the world is such that it's folly to think automatic weapons will ever be things that can't be had, anywhere, at any time in the next couple of centuries.

Well my friend, consider this ............. where do you think that all of the excess guns from Northern Ireland go?

Do they return them to America or a little closer to home?

Guns in Eastern Europe are ten a penny, one container full of guns is a h**l of a lot!

My reference to the US was simply because most of the money raised by the IRA came from the US.

I strongly don't think the guns are coming in the country (USA) at the airports and all the guns don,t come from MEXICO.

i don't believe airport security is up to the standard it should be when you consider all that is illegally smuggled into the country. i think countries like Australia have much tighter border security. my last two trips abroad i have not been checked to what i would call a satisfactory standard
