Gun magazines and interchangability

Question

u know the full auto M16? u also know the semi-auto AR-15. can they both share magazines? also, where is the cheapest place to get M16 mags? also, can a G3 automatic rifle use a HK91 magazine, or vice versa? thx.

For both sets of firearms yes they are interchangeable.  Try gunbroker.com for ar15 mags.

Yes , AR16 and M16 interchange and HK91 and G3 interchange.

Yes to both questions. The M16 and  AR15 use the same mag. Same with the H&K. the best deal on ar mags right now is in shotgun news. Pick up a copy at barnes and noble or other bookstores and look thru the ads. I see brand new, military contract 30 rounders with green followers for under $12.00 each all the time there. I just picked up some new Mag Pull brand magazines locally for $17.00 each. Not bad for an industructable magazine!!

Yes all the way around.  Also try Cheaper than dirt or sportmans guide for cheap ar mags.  But remember that you get what you pay for...

M-16 and Ar-15 yes it can go into either one as for the other 2 guns... I don't know.
