Gun?????????????????????

Question

Ok i asked a question about the the gun in the link i already own 2 AR-15's. And now i would like to get this gun. And i live in ohio and was wondering would i need a license to buy it because i already own two assault weapons???

If it's from a private seller you won't need a license to buy it, but you will *technically* need a license to use it.

OK, you own 2 AR-15s, but what are the assault rifles?

I see no restriction on owning a semi-auto rifle in Ohio...unless there are local [city] restrictions in place.

I don't know what the laws are in Ohio, if I were you, I'd just call your local gunshop/dealer to find out, I'm sure they will have the correct answer for you.  I would imagine if you already have 2 AR's then, you shouldn't have any problems getting this too. Good luck

You can own as many semi automatic guns as you want in Ohio.  It doesn't matter whether they're handguns, assualt rifles, rifles, shotguns, whatever.  You don't need any license.

IMHO its a waste of money, a cool looking waste but a waste

There is no law saying you can not own it though, at least at the Federal level, There may be something locally, although I doubt it.
