GunZ agent-error/ping lag HELP

Question

Okay, I just reformatted my computer, Decided to play some GunZ and installed it etc, Noticed I couldn't play with 4 or more people cause everyone would go straight up to 999 and sometimes hit 5k, I then forwarded, DmZ on, And firewall off, all that ETC, Tried playing again still same problem, Tried moving the ports in GunZ itself, Didnt work either.

So, I tried using a computer under the same router, It worked fine...So its my computer, I then tried using my computer under DR Gunz, And everytime i enter a game with 4 people or more everyone has an Agent Error...So yeah its my computer.
