Guns on ebay?

is there a way to do that buy and sell guns on ebay i can't find how if it's possible but my step dad says they doit all the time

Ebay is anti-gun and bent over for the ATF implying it was illegal during the late 90's when they were investigating sales of Cuban cigars.

It isn't illegal, there are numerous gun auction sites.  Ebay is just Californian.

This question is in the toy category.  If you're talking about real guns, then no.  eBay doesn't allow the sale of firearms and bombs.  I suppose some people may slip through the cracks or the rules may have changed, but not to my knowledge.

nope. no guns have ever been sold on EBAY. you can get props  and accessories, but no firearms.
