Former West http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 trainer had great
success during his Camp Nou spell.
"I don’t believe Guardiola intends to try and establish another team in the mould of Barcelona," Netzer mused.
However, the former legend claimed that the style of play at Der FCB is different to that of the Spanish side. Therefore, Pep will not change major things at the Allianz Arena and would not create another model
similar to Barca. The boss will coach the players in another dimension in order to boost their performance.
"In terms of their footballing character, this Bayern are too different to Barcelona and he'll be coaching players in things they haven’t learned before. So in that respect I think he can extract a little more from them and they'll benefit a lot from working
under him,” he added.
The former player stated that the new boss will have a very good squad to choose from and will implement his ideas on how the team will play. Moreover, Die Roten has a lot of talent in their side and that will
help him try new and different ways to win silverware next season.

He can develop a team for the future so that they can win a lot of titles and cups in the next couple of years.
Netzer suggested that Pep has the option to do whatever he wishes and it will change Bayern’s first team, strategy and tactics. He will start his coaching role with the Allianz Arena outfit on June 26 as former
head coach Jupp Heynckes deal has run out and he has retired from the sport after a long career.
