Gurtnacrehy Myth expected to finish first in Trophy Race
Gurtnacrehy Myth is expected to unleash a big run and finish first in the Rgoa Members Trophy Race that will be held at Romford racecourse on Wednesday night, May 30. The Grade A1 contest over the distance of 400 metres is scheduled to start at 21:25 (GMT).
For the prize money worth £135, the M. Locke-trained black dog will run against Maggies Rocket, Alis Valley, Regal Mystic, Rapid College and Dreams Cometure.
Gurtnacrehy Myth started his career with a magnificent victory on January 28, 2012. The dashing dog finished as a runner-up each in two consecutive races during April. The two-year-old novice runner bagged a couple of consecutive victories in May. He grabbed
third position in his last outing on May 19.
Thus, the talented son of Droopys Vieri out of Killeagh Maggie is awash with winning momentum and fighting spirit that will help him finish first convincingly in the Trophy Race.
Among the other runners, Rapid College and Dreams Cometrue are likely to perform well tonight.
Rapid College gained two consecutive victories in January. The J. Reynolds-trained black dog moved on to get three consecutive runner-up ranks. He finished first in a big race on April 7.
The son of College Causeway out of Golf Crazy accomplished a magnificent triumph by the big margin of 9 ½ lengths on May 15. He stepped ahead to finish 4th and 5th in his last two starts respectively.
On the other hand, Dreams Cometrue excellently won a race each in February, March, April and May. During this period, the P. Young-trained black dog gained some runner-up ranks.
The son of Droopys Vieri out of Call Jer has been a consistent performer and regular winner throughout his career.
Each one of these two hounds can give a tough time to Gurtnacrehy Myth who will have to fight with his back to the wall in order to thrive.
Thus, the event will be thrilling and interesting. Let us enjoy the fabulous action. Good luck to all the contestants who are going to sizzle tonight.
