The people in NO have learned nothing. They still do not evacuate and will blame the republicans if there is a disaster. I gues the question is did the state and local governmentl make provisions to help care for those who chose not to leave. Do they  realize people will show up at shelters without the three days of food and medicine they were told to bring. Do they realize they will bring their pets but not any supplies? Will they use the buses to help evacuate.  The people of NO are so foolish they elected the same pointless mayor. Will the governor ask for help from the national guard earlier this time so that they can be sent in?  'Taint likely!

Yea ok - and where do you go during the event - maybe you should ask the city if they spent their money from the feds allocated towards fixing the levy system this time instead of building off ramps for the casino with it.
