Thats my life. God knows I need a gf in my life and I see so many girls at my college I like but my social anxiety stops me dead cold.

so what if you've never kissed or had a gf before at your age? there's no 'right time' to start getting one, that's just social pressures which you're feeling now. she'll come along soon enough so enjoy life while you're single. u wouldnt want to rush into someting stupid.

social anxiety is also normal to most people so u arent alone, talk to yourself in the mirror, talk to your friends a lot and take it one step at a time. practice is important and it pays off.

If you really interested now you can just talk with them don't  be shy. Maybe there are some girl interested on you and you won't know. Anyway all depend on your heart.

dude i know how u feel but i did had gf's and the only reason is coz thye cam to me, but after i missed a chance with this girl i though that life is too short to be hiding, think of it you never know what will happen tomorrow and you don't get 3 chances like in a video game know what i mean besides if she say no chances are you will see her for another couple years and that it so grab the life by the horns don't back out see a girl u like make some excuse to talk to her and make small talk but don't do it in a creepy way
