if you like him then just chill if you know he likes you and you like him ask him out, just say something like want to catch a movie sometime or just say we should hang out sometime, and dont play too hard to get guys like it when girls are kinda hard but also their friends.

also i think he likes you and is waiting for the right time to speak out and maybe he doesnt know you like him more than a friend give him a signal or something hope it workes out!
