Uhmm okay so.

I've been friends with this kid for a while now, and the other night he admitted that he liked me. But, we agreed to be just friends.

Well my main problem here is that my friend Samantha cancelled on me for going to a carnival, and I don't think I'm going to be able to get anyone else to go on such short notice. & it's kinda far away so my mom is driving whoever I take and she's going to be with us.

Well the kid that likes me says he'll go, and I kinda wanna hang out with him (as friends) but I'm not good around guys and I don't want it to be awkward, and my mom knows he likes me, how do i ask her if he can come with? and how do i make it not awkward? and i kinda wanna know how much he likes me... ugh this is so hardd. lol. =\ i wish i was better with this stuff.

just take him and act around him like before you knew he liked you he probably understands just act different when he pressures you

ask mom for help let her know how you fill and you want him there just as a fiend. and when you do ask him tell him that you Friend bailed on you and you thought that he would like to go as a friend. nothing moor. that way mom is not tripping and he knows the rules.

Say, "Mom think ____ could come with me to the carnival? There's this AMAZING ride that we've been dying to go on."

If she says she wouldn't feel comfortable with that, tell her he has a girlfriend.

Just be yourself. It doesn't have to be akward.

Laugh, and smile, and go on rides. People watch, get food.

Act silly. BE friends.

When you get a chance, tell him this.

"You know I waskind of happy when you told me you liked me."

He'll same something dumb and you'll say,

"How much DO you like me?"

or

"Did you mean that as a friend, or a girlfriend, I wasn't sure"
