Guy caught printing checks?

my friend said he saw it on the news.

i cant find it!

i relly need to see it.

I print my own checks.  There are lots of software programs to do exactly that.  And buy additional check stock.  Nothing illegal at all about it.

The problem comes in when you use such software to print checks on someone else's account for fraudulent use.  Essentially it's the same as stealing checks out of someone else's checkbook and cashing them.
