Guy dead in the park riddle

A gamous guy is found laying in the middle of a park..dead...however, there are no scratches no bruises or markings of any kind on him what so ever (he's no skeleton or rotting corpse either) an the only thing thats near him is a litttle rock. How did he die?

  1. he was poisoned 2days before but it just kicked in


  2. he suffocated him self with the rock or he swalled rocks then chocked on them
