Guy friend no longer responding?

this guy that i have been friends with for 3 years is not talking to me anymore and i don't know why! he is a year younger then i am. this last school year i found out that he liked me and i sorta did so i thought w/e i will give it a try. we hung out after school two days and nothing happened. so we just decided to be friends and thats it. then when summer started we hung out one day and it was great! all he kept saying was that we have to hang out all summer. then a week or so went by and we did not talk. now summer is almost over and i have not talked to him all summer. ive been calling him txting him and he will not respond. idk what to do i really miss him!
