  1. maybe the item you are talking about is on bid. If that is the case he is not selling it for $60 but would sell it to highest bidder.

  2. I HAVE BEEN BUYING AND SELLING ON EBAY FOR A LONG TIME AND YOU NEED TO BE REALLY CAREFUL.  IN FACT BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER WITH THIS ANSWER I AM GOING TO CHECK OUT THIS GUY.  HE SHOULD NOT  BE DIFFICULT TO FIND.  I FOUND SIX AND NOT ONE OF THEN WAS AT YOUR PRICE OR WITH A 98.5 FEEDBACK.  PERSONALLY I NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE UNDER 99.5 AND THEN  I ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ITEM.  ALWAYS ASK THE QUESTIONS THROUGH THE EBAY SITE NOT PERSONAL EMAILS.  CHECK WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT HIM/HER.  READ ALL THE FEEDBACK.  SOMETIMES CHEAP ITEMS HAVE A REALLY HIGH SHIPPING RATE-CHECK THAT OUT AND IF YOU DO BUY IT MAKE SURE YOU PAY FOR INSURANCE.  IF HE SHIPS IT BY UPS THE FIRST 100$ IS COVERED BY UPS.  HOPE THIS HELPS

  3. I personally would email the seller and make sure it is in stock before you bid on it. Quite a few of his neutrals were because the item was either accidentally listed or not in stock.  He had 6 negatives in the last month which is not really a good thing.  Watch the item and see how high it goes just because a bid is showing of $60 is not necessarily the highest bid.  Some people will put a maximum bid in that they are willing to pay so if you put in a bid that price can jump up pretty high real fast.  You also need to check out his return policy I forgot to look at it while I was on eBay.  If he won't accept the return if it doesn't work then NO I wouldn't buy from him.  If you have to send it to the manufacturer for warranty work then it is not worth buying you would be better off buying from a store in that case.  If something goes wrong from the store you can usually exchange it outright instead of having to wait forever for warranty to fix it

Reread the listing it was a customer returned unit but it was inspected supposedly.  It also has no instruction manual but that can be downloaded.  This is sending smoke signals to me I would not bid on it personally.  You never know why the first person returned it.  He also states that they do not do customer returns unless there is shipping damage so I don't think this guy is to safe what happens if it doesn't work when you get it?

  4. There's no way to know until you get the item.  The only caveat I can think of is that if something's seems too good to be true, it probably is.

  5. The feedback rating is good depending on HOW MANY items he's sold(number next to his name..if it's in the hundreds its good)..I've been selling for years and just because it may seem at a good price right now, doesnt mean it will be an hour b4 the auction ends. I always start ALL my auctions at .99 cents..everything from ipods to converse sneaker etc. Why you ask? Because Ebay charges sellers higher fees if we start the bid at a higher price. Therefore, i always start at .99 cents because i KNOW it will keep going up as the hours come down and eventually the amount i was looking to sell it for is met. In the past at least 4 years, i've always started at .99 and i've always met my goal of the price i was looking for. So, chances are, if it's a good item and it's worth it and people know it's worth it, the bid will go up. You may still get a good deal on it though. JUST BE SURE TO READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE AUCTION! FOR QUALITY, LOOK TO SEE IF IT"S NEW. LOOK FOR MENTION OF DAMAGE ETC. AND EMAIL THE SELLER EVEN IF YOU WANT TO ASK MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS NOT MENTIONED!
