Guy puberty question

Okay so i am 16 years old and a lot of people say i look like im 13-14 but i have pubic hair arround my p***s and have had that for a wile now and i am growing hair above my lip and on my chin and i have a Little tiny bit of hair under my arm pits. its been like that for a year or so now and my voice is deep What stage of Puberty iim i in? how long before i am a full grown man?

I don't think there are stages.

You are a man when you feel like a man

Ever notice when somebody talks about themselves they will say "A guy like me" and almost never call himself a man. It's like they are  embarrassed.

You are a man when you act like one and feel like one. Take responsibility for your actions, admit when you are wrong, be the best person you know how to be and treat people with concern and respect.

gah i am a "late bloomer "

im also 16 and its kind of frusterating going through these changes later then my freinds.

well technically your brain isn't fully developed until you're at least 20.

you are just a late bloomer. don't worry about it. you will mature in your own time. you have until you are about 21 to grow.
