Guy staring up my skirt?

I was at school at his guy was on the stair level below me and I noticed that he was just looking straight up towards me. I then thought that he was looking up my skirt so I stared moving around and he kind of followed me. I started yelling at him and calling him a pervert becuase I turned into a super pissy b-i-t-c-h. He ran off all red faced but now I feel bad becuase I think I was kind of hard on him. Should I apologize to him?

No. He needs to learn basic manners, and staring up a girl's skirt (without being invited to!) isn't on. Yeah, adolescent hormones are a pain to deal with, and I suspect a lot of kids do something similar, but if you're not hard on them they might carry on with the behaviour. As kids it's just part of growing up, but left into adulthood it's creepy and possibly dangerous. You've done him a favour; no need to apologise.

Guys are dogs, he might not have realized he was doing it... like sniffing a fire hydrant, they see, they do.

Heck no! Don't apologize cause somone was doing something wrong.

Would you apologize to someone who shot you cause you were yelling at them? no...so don't apologize to him. If you do, then he'll probably see that as "oh, it must be okay for me to keep looking up her skirt. I guess I'll keep doing it."

This is the kind of boys at school do, as well as men too. He may not have intended to look up your skirt, it just happened. You were on a higher level and he just looked up, and saw what he saw.

Sounds like you over reacted, and that happens too, when you feel violated. But calling him a pervert and all, may have been a bit to much.

You shouldn't apologize and you also should keep your legs together and not show the world.  Most guys will look if you're showing.  Same with cleavage.  If its busting out of you shirt then guys have a a hard time not looking.
