Guy who is too touchy and girl who is too stiff?

i've been talking this guy for atleast a month and we have kissed before which ended up bad because i killed the moment anyway so i went to his place last night to watch a movie everything was okay but he started kissing my neck and stuff which at one point i freaked and told him to stop. He apologized but i wanted to leave which i think man him upset but i didnt care i wanted to leave. so my question is what is wrong with me? why cant i go along, why do i stiff up and freak when this guy does this to me? I am scared? Or unexperienced? this is the first guy i actually have been affectionate with and no am not young over 25

If u have been hurt in the past or anything then u will naturally be cautious about men, and u will set yourself boundries.

If not, then it probably just boils down to u being very sensible and not letting things heat up all the time, u might just want to be more comfortable with people before things go further.

to be honest, that is the best way.
