Guys, I know that u don't believe in reducing eye power through exercises. but just tell me a few exercises.

  1. you don't need exercises, your glasses are cool


  2. First you have to stop weekening your eye power.

    1.dont overstrain your eyes by reading in week light, reading too small letters...

    2.dont squeese your eyes.

    3.take enough rest when you work with computer,every one hour duration.

    4.sleep atleast 8 to 9 hours.

    second boost your eyes with nutrition and exercise

    1.take vitamine and mineral rich food or supliments .

    2.wash eyes two times a day with pure cold water

    3.practise eyes,circulating all direction and

    4. there is some indian remedies available that will improve ur eye power through strenthen all over body.(kadukkai,athimathuram,dry graps,sukku,etc

  3. Just let the eye relax when u r feeling tired.

  4. 1. sit straight in comfortable position,

    2.  keep your hand straight facing towards ur face,(one hand)

    3. make ur thumbs up

    4. concentrate on the thumb,

    5. by concentrating move ur hand in eight direction i.e. move towards right till u can see ur thumb nail,again to left,come back to normal again up and again down, and right top to left down, again left top to right down, like this eight direction by concentrating on the thumb nail.

    after this close ur eyes and move ur eye balls same on those eight directions. do this continuously everyday in morning and see the result.

  5. You try Eye Flash.that is while you wake up on the morning wash your eyes with pure water and then see a candle for 5 mins opening your eyes and 5 mins closing your eyes.i do it regularly it is nice.try it out
