Guys, my skateboard is somehow heavy...?

I bought a skateboard and I think it is somehow heavy. does it mean it won't do much for me or what?

What kind of skateboard is it, becuz the cheaps ones can be really heavy, such as wally boards or world industries board!

Taylor no offence but ur kinda dumb world industries boards are great they dont snap as fast and there is no difference in if its heavy or not light boards just can be kinda easaier to handle theres no difference im an 12 yr experience i own 41 skateboards i own a skateshop

its not heavy at all, i used to think that when i was starting out at skating, when your a beginner or actually when your expert, a couple of ounces, doesnt make a difference, your board is ok

first of all, wut kind is it?

second, the weight wont really matter as much when your a beginner.

third, it might just seem heavy. when i got my first board i thought it was heavy but it turned out to weigh the exact same as any other.

fourth, it may be the trucks that are weighing it down.

If you got it at Wal-Mart, just burn it. It's not safe riding on those things.
