Alternately, it might mean she's so hot she makes him want to "spank the monkey" (m********e).

Two thumbs down?  Correct me then; I don't see anybody else answering.  I've never used the term myself, but I'm doing my best to think what it could mean if I did.

Actually, according to Urban Dictionary, the above answers are correct, more or less.

there are several definitions:

Term of endearment referring to a male's masturbatory habits.

When you just want to slap a girls *** because it appears so perfect.

Feeling fine. Happy as a clam.

Not quite sure how the last one fits in, but there you go.

There might be different definitions depending on what country you are in as well.
