I usually think about p**n or fantasies.  A hot girl I saw on t.v or a store.  Or my closest sexual encounter.  Or think about a past girlfriend.

I think about lickin a special girl down there, my mouth on her b*****s, and my thing inserted into her v****a going in & out. Once they thoughts get even more powerful, it just overwhelms me, and I began to spurt everywhere.

My wife more then anyone else.  I don't know if majority, but close to 50% at least.  If not her, the next most common would just be a generic woman in general.

Situations can just be straight s*x acts, tending to slightly kinkier then we normally do (lots of anal in my fantasy life), to elaborate fantasy scenarios.
