I like it when a woman looks classy yet still s**y.  My favorite thing to see a woman in is a nice pair of gray or black slacks with a long sleeve white collared shirt with the first two buttons undone (you know just enough to where it would still be appropriate to wear to work, but not buttoned up so far that you are wondering where the tie is), and a nice pair of black flats or heels.
