The problem is that I have a Homework in Physical Education and I have to make a Project Work about Fitness,but I can understand very much what is this project about,I think it is about Physical Education,but I don't know what does Fitness means for you.

  1. Fitness could mean working out regularly to keep the heart rate regular, healthy and pumping smoothly (not necessarily working out for muscle), eating healthy (not on diets necessarily but more, eating the recommended intake for fruits, veggies, not eating TOO much food, etc.).  Keep in mind that fitness could mean a lot of different things to different people.  Some people walk 30 minutes everyday; others run, lift weights and drink protein shakes everyday.  Both individuals may be just as healthy, they just have different habits for fitness.  

    The key to staying fit is lifestyle.  You have to LIVE healthy in order to stay fit.  You can't eat a brownie every night, work out out of guilt for 4 hours over the weekend, and then go back to eating brownies every night.  You're just changing your behavior, not your lifestyle if you do that.
