Guys ! I really need your answers? I am in a strange situation I believe.?

For the last month, after only a 3 hours of sleep I feel strong and healthy but when I go for few more hours, my day gets worse, I feel tired and want to sleep more. Is it a problem or is it normal?

  1. Normal is when you sleep about 7 hours each night and then wake up feeling refreshed and ready to get going.


  2. it is a problem.  your body is speaking to you when you feel tired and sleepy.  due to the only 3 hours of sleep, you are deprived, even if you feel strong.  you need more sleep and 3 hours will not work in the long run.  you will suffer doing that down the road.  get more sleep every night, please.

  4. That is normal. At about the 4 hour mark you start your deep sleep, which refreshes the body, but if you are disturbed, you feel the most tired as your body hasn't had time to re-energize itself. At 3 hours you haven't started your deep sleep, so you aren't getting a lott of the chemical serotonin, which makes you feel relaxed and tired, thus you won't feel as tired as if you had slept for another couple of hours.

  6. for being normal u need 2 take 7-8 hrs of sleep at ni8... n if u r takin only 3 hrs sleep den ya definately its not normal..concern ur doctor...
