  1. i'm planning to have a tattoo at the lower part of my back and some other places and i don't care what other say

  2. How can we judge if it is artistic without seeing it?  All we can presume based on the given information is that it's a generic, overplayed concept in tattoo work.  Whether or not it has artistic appeal is an opinion that will differ depending on who you ask.  The fact that it is trendy, however, is not an opinion.

  3. it's not trashy unless you are

it's the person that makes the tattoo

the tattoo doesn't make the person

if you act like that one chick that keeps trying to ask about her tattoo- the one that takes of her wedding ring, acts single with her single friends, dresses proactively etc... that's a tramp with a tramp stamp

yours sounds like a plain old lower back tattoo.

butterflies aren't generic- it's a timeless image and the person who has the tattoo makes them unique.

  4. i think it totally hot

  5. is it blue about 3 inch + .nice

  6. I would have to see it.  Butterfly tattoos on the lower back are pretty generic though, so without seeing it I would say trashy.  If you think it's beautiful and it has deep symbolic meaning to you, then it shouldn't matter what people think about it.

  7. if you like it then you like it.end of story!:}

  8. I don't think tattoos are ever considered decent artwork with the possible exception of Japanese firefighters total body tattoos.

I think most guys especially slightly older ones to consider any tattoo on a girls lower back to be a tramp stamp

  9. Yes tattoos on lower back, great idea, something to look at while riding rear entry, ankle tat good as well can look at it while having 69er keep on inking....!!!

  10. I hadn't even heard of the whole "tramp stamp" phrase until after I got my tattoo in the same position.  I would just ignore anyone who may call it that.  I think it is a good place to have a tattoo, because when you want to show it, you can, but you can always cover it up when it is appropriate.

I personally think it is tacky for girls especially to get tattoos that are visible all the time.  You should always be able to cover with clothing, not band aids, so you can look professional and appropriate.

  11. "Oh, h**l yes! You ROCK!" (intricate work looks hot!)

  12. A tramp stamp was originally a tattoo that more or less framed your butt. If you can show the tat without ultra low rise jeans or plumber crack it's fine

  13. You have a very good reason for it, and as long as you didn't intend for it to be a "tramp stamp", then I woulnd't really view it as one.

  14. i have one on my lower back and it is definitly not a tramp stamp! its the easiest way for girls to show there tattoo's off with low slung jeans and short tops etc also can be covered really easily. when need be. I personally wouldnt get one on my ankle cos that does say tramp stamp.

  15. You got the tattoo already, so what does it really matter what others think? It's a part of you now and if you picked it out, then trust your judgement. Don't worry about what other people think, if you like it then it's golden.

  16. i dont think its trashy its just an attractive place for it!!
