I started wearing boxers when i was 8, now im 31. I think i was the first in my class at school - i wanted them cos my brother had them. i can still remember my first pair, white with red love hearts on them lol

I wore tighty whities till I was 11. switched to boxers, the suck and I hatted them. very uncomfortable.  Then I switched beck to tighty whities when I was 13.

as you grow up keeping you testicles in  a pair of tighty whitey's is not a good idea your testicles have to move up and down because they operate at a different temperature to the rest of the body so to keep your spem healthy and thats why a lot of men change to boxers

Dude i dont know how many people did I started wearing boxers at the age of 7-8. I liked the colors and the cartoon chariters on them so my parents bought them for me as far as i could remember they were way more comfortable than tighty whiteys i used to wear now it is an occasonal boxerbrief if I have to wear a suit which isnt often but mostly boxers or comando

Are boxer shorts the most uncomfortable underwear imaginable???  They offer no support and get screwed up around your tackle which can be very painful.  I suspect they may be popular with young men who are still insecure about the shape of their body.  Thongs can be uncomfortable too - there are parts of me that were just not designed for that much friction.

I have no idea what other men are wearing as I don't go anywhere I would see them.

Not really a health question unless you need to wear boxers to get more air circulating around your male plumbing.  Some guys cannot wear briefs since they sweat a lot in their genital area.  For them, boxers are better.

Boxers are better for your testicles, they don't constrict them and let them maintain their temperature better which is good for your sperm count

I wore boxer since I was teenager, I still remember that my boxers are very loose not like today tight.  I still have a few of old boxers. 2 are made of silk which I bought it from China and Thailand. The silk are very smooth....not cheap.

Nowadays, there are boxers trend... very fashionable, high quality  and pretty nice. I have number of boxers. mostly branded like N2N, CK, D&G... not cheap too, but the quality is very good. Some really like a swimming trunk which you really cannot tell.
