Be supportive and inform yourself.  Get online and look it up  Find someone who can help her.  Take her to a professional.  Be supportive some more!

seriously theres nothing you can really do. She isn't doing this because of you shes doing it because shes doesn't like herself... Theres no help there that a guy can provide, besides minor comfort that you like her anyways
