Guys: Your Opinions Please!! And What would you do if a girl treated you this way???

Question

A friend of mine is friends with this guy and he told her not to call him but instead to let him call her... She hasn't called him hardly but instead has let him call her. He also told her not to suffocate him.

Would he tell her not to call him to see if she actually will???

What would you do if a girl did this to you?

(She has let him initiate almost all of the calls and texts..)

And no it is not me-it is for my friend....

seems to me like he has his issues.  He must dominate the relationship and doesn't want her to initiate anything.  I think thats a relationship already going bad (my opinion).

He sounds as if he has something to hide, otherwise why do this. it should be 50-50.
