i would have to go with D. if the shirt is tight.  IMO the best look is tight jeans and one of those "V" shirts or instead of jeans some short cotton shorts.

I would have to say it depends on you lol. Well you would like the close to be tight but not to tight. What that means tease a lil bit. Show us what you want us to see but not giving us all your goodies at the same time. A lot of ppl like the image. Some women dont leave anything to the imagination lol. So what ever letter u pick wont matter as long as u do it up right. I seen gurls with long pants and shirt that would knock out a girl with a tight as pear of pants on and a t-shirt.
