Guys and calling...ugh... -_-?

Question

At the end of the school year this guy I was sort of friends with left a message and his phone # in my yearbook. He also told me we "have to hang out sometime this summer" but then hung up right after saying that.

I'm really confused because every time I call him he asks me some questions and acts nice, but he always ends the conversations in a couple minutes or less. And he keeps saying "I'll call you back" or tells me to keep calling him but he doesn't call me back and he always has some reason to get off the phone. But he's been out of state most of the summer and he's very busy so I'm not sure if he's a flake or not.

I don't know whether to leave him alone or just talk to him about it or what.

any advice?

and if this helps at all I'm 14, he's 15.

he's stringing you along girl.  if he doesnt call, yo udont either. oh, and if he does, enjoy hanging up on HIM for a change..then block him

try playing hard to get .....

but he sounds like he isnt worth your time

the word is maturity.  he doesn't have any.  find another guy or wait til this one grows some.  good luck
