  1. Places where you have to interact with customers a lot usually don't like you to have piercings or want you to take it out. I use to have a lip one and when I worked in a bank, I was told to take it out. If you want the snake bites then get them just put them somewhere where you can cover them up or in  the case of piercings just take them out until your shift is over.

  2. I have my lebret done, and I used to wear a clear retainer. I actually just took it out about a week ago because it was starting to hurt my gums (I've had it for over a year now)...

    I'd say wait and find out if you are getting hired and what their policy is.

  3. Two examples wherein appearance doesnt matter;

    I've got a job at what used to be an Ace Hardware store. My boss never really minded they way we dressed, being an Ace or not. So long as it does not interfere with your job I don't see why it would matter. I am unsure of your employer however, it would be best to discuss the dress code with them. My boyfriend has unnaturally colored hair (purple and yellow) and he works in a hospital, he also has coworkers that have facial piercings. Like I said it depends where you work. The only negative thing I've found so far is that people tend to avoid you if you dress or look a bit strange, I find that sometimes it helps to smile or greet them and they wont be so intimidated.
