okay. My inner lips hang out of my outer lips like an inch. Do guys care about down there? short or long? should i get surgery? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know people who have had surgery to remove that.  Most guys call them "Beef curtains" and what not - But I wouldn't worry about it. Some guys like them, some don't all depends on personal choice.

Ok, im not a guy but I can tell you that having your inner lips bigger is actually a good thing, that makes you more sensative down there.  I really don't think a guy would care as long as their down there lol.
