I'm not a guy, sorry, but i definitely LOVE that colour.

I have the fair skin and blue eyes too and I think it would suit me. I don't really need to though cause I already have red undertones in my natural brunette hair and my mum wouldn't let me dye it permanently anyway :P I'll just have to wait till I'm 18. If ur not sure about it maybe just get semi-permanent or something first.

Ya it looks great especially if you have blue eyes it would look great on you
