Guys do you ever ask a coworker if they need a hand?

Say they're going to be doing something a couple of days, would you ask them if they need a hand? Based on the fact that they're going to be working off of a project you're currently working on.

I always ask, I even ask if they would like a foot.

Sometimes, yes. But often I need the break & some of my co-workers really need to do their job ( the ones that depend on others at all times)
