Guys dont really like me and I dont know why??

Question

ell im 13 and at school very few guys are interested in me and i dont have alot of guy friends. i dont know why, im not ugly, i think im pretty.

for example, my friend has had alot of boyfriends and kissed alot of guys and i havent had a boyfriend yet. i feel like im always being compared to her when it comes to guys.

the only reason i can think of is because im not very developed so they dont like me for that.

im half black so maybe they dont like black girls even though i just look tan.

im shy, and they dont wanna take the time to get to know me.
