Guys have you been present in the Delivery room?

Now i was there for a friend at the time i was holding one hand and the dad was holding the other it was an awesome experience ...

My husb was allowed in during the birth of our son. I had an emergency c-section and was thrilled he was able to see out sons birth

my mom and husband was in the room, they both held one leg up in the air for me and they were great.

My husband was there but he was sleeping most of the time and wouldn't come near me for contractions. But that was a sad time because the baby had passed. If he does that again this time I might kill him. lol. But this baby I know is going to be fine so it might be a lot different.

Oh and my mother in law was there too

My husband was in the D.R. when our twins where born (they where born all natural no C-Section) so he got to watch 2 babies come out he said it was eather the most beautiful or most disgusting thing he had ever seen LOL

My fiance was holding by hand the whole time and it was very welcome and helpful, it made it easier to know he was there and all.

My partner and our daughter's godfather (he's g*y, I wouldn't have had him there if he was straight! Urgh!!) were there for her birth. I think "awesome" was about the way they described it too, except for wanting to beat up the medical staff :) Godfather is moving interstate not long before #2 is due, so my brother will be coming along to keep hubby company this time.
