Guys help! Bank teller has commitment issues! I need advice?

Well, i've been going to a bank for the past year, and one of the tellers always makes a way to come over and talk to me. At first, he had a hard time, and would just lightly walk by, but now as time moved by, he'll talk to me. More recently he'll just wave and calls me over, as if we're close friends. I think he might like me, but i've been told by the other workers he's got a reputation for being a player, and that he just plays mind games. Why won't he do more than just talk to me! Like ask for my number, or ask me out, instead of waiting to see me every month when I have to come in! Guys what do you think?

  1. listen to those who work around him ,while we have a tendency to be in disbelief because he or she is good looking and we have fantasies about the individual .Be careful your dreamboat man isn't a wolf in sheep's clothing. The warning signs are all around you ,its like entering a train crossing with the light flashing, you may not see it coming but its there and its going to hurt when you get hit.

  2. he might just be friendly. get over yourself

  3. it doesn't matter what other people say you just have to get to know the person for yourself so you can decide how you feel about them and if  they can get along well with you.

  4. Because he hasn't asked you out, you think he's got commitment issues?  I think you are the one with the commitment issues, making things out to be more than what they are.

He thinks you are a friend.  That's it.

  5. what the first girl answered sounds about right.....you seem more in need of this guy than he is in need of you.

  6. He is shy you need to say something to let him know you are intersted. Like you last weekend my friends and I went to this place called.....have you ever been? Really what did you think of it?

Then maybe well it was really nice seeing you again.

Trust me he is scared to death to ask and it took a lot for him to walk over.
