i just bought a samsung glyde and i really need help on how to install the real driver and putting songs...and pics and all that and adding more stuff to it.. and removing stuff from it.. like that blue thing in the middle **its really pissing me off** i want to remove it?? how can i do that PLZ help!

blue thing in the middle, I think you should bring the phone back to the verizon shop.

putting pictures and videos, use a software call bitpim.
