when i have wet dreams it is either sexual dream or either no dreams or a dream i can't remember. i often wake up during the actual o****m and wow it feels real strong and real good. kinda sucks though because of the mess from the ejaculate goes all over stomach and boxer briefs, but where the mess is involved it is made up by the intensity of the o****m. often get them on the rare occasion when i have not masturbating for several weeks but several times i have gotten them even though i masturbated that same day prior to going to sleep. i am an adult and still get them from time to time but not as frequently as i used to when i was younger.

If you m********e regularly, the chances of you having a wet dream lower significantly. So you probably aren't having one since you m********e alot, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Some people can go their whole lives without having one, it's normal if you don't.

Most people have s*x dreams when they have a wet dream, but I guess it can be random.

And when people have them, when they wake up there is s***n all over their underwear, sort of like if you masturbated and just left it there instead of cleaning it up.
