I'm 23 and when my p***s is not erect it is 5 inches

when it is erect it is like 8.5 inches

i feel it's small but then again i havent seen a man's p***s since like freshman year in high school so idk what big/small

No, you're far from small. The average adult male p***s is about 5-6 inches long, not sure about the girth, but you far exceed that size.
