I'm very concerned about my boyfriend he said that when ever he c u m s it feels like someone is stiking a needle through his upper pelvis...is this commin with every guy or should this be checked out

Not a typical thing when men ejaculate. I would seek medical help as soon as you can, get it check out. There is no harm in checking.
