I wouldn't unless it was someone REALLY HOT. Like Shawn Johnson. If it is just any old girl then you wear what ever you would like. And ask her why she would want to you wear these briefs. They make you produce less sperm. There is a reason why your testis are that far apart from your body when over heating.
