is it normal to have hair on your pen is not just around it i know that's normal but is it normal to have hair on it

Yes it can be , but not all guys do have hair actually on thier p***s

Normal! I have a bit of hair 1/2" up or so! I shave it with my balls!

Maybe a few random hairs, but really, that shaft should be hairless

A little bit of hair is normal, yes. If you could hardly make out that it was a p***s, then no, of course, that would not be normal at all. : )

It's normal.  genetically prescribed for certain people it's no different than a guy having or not having a hairy chest.  It's all genetically based.

Well, as far as medical knowledge is concerned, it is not normal to have hair on the shaft of the p***s at all times. Around it and probably a tiny bit up through the shaft is normal, but if it reaches the middle of the shaft, this is definitely not normal by the fullest sense of the word.

However, this being said, genetics is also taken into consideration.
