sounds like you need a hug, maybe a certain person has been treating you bad & you need to feel life is not that bad again, locking yourself away wont help it trust me ive tried, enjoy family & if needed seek some help from a councillor or psychologist as your reaching out to us to advise you so your making a great step to be helped, keep it up your a good person.
