My best mate is a girl, and we have been great friends since we were like 3, and we're both nearly 17 now. We've shared everything, and done everything together, as lame and cliche as it sounds, but the weird thing is i kinda share her periods now too, for about 2 years.

I know it's psychological and i'm not literally having a period, but whenever she is at that stressy and down stage, I also get stressy and down, and it's not delayed like she'll start then after i'll start, we hit it at the same time.

I'm guessing is because of how close we are and the fact that I can sense anything going on with her, but even though I haven't seen her in a while, I still got stressy and down this month, it's like my body is programmed to it now.

I don't mind it, it's kinda cool cos it proves how close we are in a way, but I just want to know has anyone else heard of or experienced it.

Btw, no stupid comments like "Dude you might really BE a girl" Haha! No! ¬¬

It's posted here cos there's more chance of g*y guys having female best mates (sorry it's stereotypical but true.. no offence intended if any is caused)

  1. When 2 people are as close as you 2 are and spend that much time together it would be more abnormal if you "didn't" experience one anothers' moods and such.

Being that familiar and in tune with one another it would almost be unavoidable. Good friends are rare. Be good! =)

  2. I guess you are a very empathetic person.Weird how things work sometimes!

  3. its actually quite common for a male to show symptoms of pms....for instance , i dont know if you've seen it, but in the it crowd (tv series) there is an episode called aunt erma, and the two males experience symtoms of their female friends pms problems....its funny, and also prooves your point

    hope i helped
