I live in North Charleston (but right next to Summerville) in South Carolina. I've seen videos of gymnastics mixed with martial arts, and I'm extremely into it. I'd do things on my own but I know perfectly well I'd kill myself, so I'm looking for a class that mixes the two if there is such a thing. I've heard it referred to as tricking or something, but that doesn't help me get started really. I'm looking for a class, nearby preferably, where I'd be able to learn the mix.
For anyone familiar with team Ryouku, that's generally my inspiration. Anyone know any places or any official term for it that I might be able to look up in the phonebook?
