Gym exercies?

My friend and I are interested in working out together in order to get ready for school sports. I play women's lacrosse, center and other midfield positions and she runs cross country. Does any one know of exercises that we can both do together to help us build up endurance, thigh muscles and tone up the rear end.

The place that we go has a million different machines, and an olympic size pool, so most things welcome.

  1. You can do both leg press and any kind of squats which will help tone your legs and help with toning the butt. Also see if your gym has a machine called a butt blaster which helps target the butt and upper legs. Also you might want to try leg extensions and leg curls.


  2. eliptical works best, targets the rear end, hamstrings, and quads. also doing squats helps!
