my best friend and i quit playing volleyball this year because of coaching issues:[
so to keep in shape we have joined a gym,
so we need help with a gym routine,
like what to work out first,
what machines to use,
what order to go in etc.
keep in mind,
we want to lose weight and tone, not bulk up or anything.
