Question:

Gymnastic people?

I would like to learn to do a proper backflip and front flip. Just because lol I always wanted to learn how is all. Just give me some advice that could help, like what kind of stretching or should become more flexiable in other areas. Anything that is useful would be appreciated.

  1. Go to your local gymnastics gym and take a class or go to open gym. they'll teach you how to do tumbling with spots.

Well first it depends on your age .... and its best to find a gym where there is a professional person spotting you.. you deff don't want to break your neck or get hurt.....and you want to get a soft surface that doesn't hurt you when you land... kind of like a trampoline.... with a net.. again you don't want to get hurt.... so the best thing to do is to find a gym...and just know you can learn how to do fun tricks but with out hurting yourselves and in a couple of weeks or so you can do them  and have lot of fun.....19 you say... well Its still best to find a spotter.... i mean it seems cool ans everything but you don't want to hurt yourselve
